SIDE EFFECTS

PEA is generally well tolerated with minimal side effects at doses up to 1200mg daily for up to three months.

As with any supplement, PEA Capsules may cause unwanted side effects. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you experience side effects or if you feel unwell.

Seek immediate medical attention if you suspect an allergic reaction. Symptoms may include:

• cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness, or trouble breathing
• swelling of the face or hands, swelling or tingling in the mouth or throat
• rash, itching, or hives on the skin
• fainting
• hay fever-like symptoms

Take 1 capsule up to three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For best results, take with food, especially a protein source such as eggs, chicken, or avocados.
