How to Use
Take half to one lozenge (troche) daily. Allow the lozenge to dissolve slowly between the gum and cheek, or as directed by your healthcare professional. The lozenge may be broken into smaller pieces if a lower dosage is desired.
Note: For optimal treatment, consult your healthcare practitioner for a recommended dosage of methyl B12 suited to your needs. Clinical studies suggest daily doses of 1000–6000mcg may be effective.
