Artisan Chemist ships Australia wide from our store in Warana, Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
Order Processing Time
As our products are custom made, we will only begin processing once you confirm and pay for your order. Some items may take up to 2-3 business days to be made and be prepared for shipment. In most cases we will ship your order on the same day we complete compounding of your item(s).
Delivery Time
Our delivery services have informed us that next-day delivery is currently not guaranteed. Deliveries may now take up to 3 business days, or longer in some cases. In response, we’ve introduced an additional express shipping option which typically has faster delivery times of 1-2 business days. Please select the option that suits your needs at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number and the name of the delivery service. This message will also include a link to track your parcel.
Parcels will need to be signed for when they arrive. If you're not home during business hours, please use your work address. If no one is there to sign, the delivery service will leave a card to tell you where and when you can pick it up.

Postage Costs
We charge a flat rate for shipping Australia-wide. Please note that Express Tracked Shipping is currently not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Incorrect Mailing Details
Artisan Chemist accepts no responsibility for address details entered incorrectly by the customer. We will attempt to deliver the product but we cannot guarantee delivery if you have entered address details incorrectly. If you think you may have entered your address incorrectly for a recent order please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of dislike, change of mind, order of incorrect product, the product not suiting your needs, the product being no longer required, or if you over-order.
Contact us if you have any issues or problems with your order (such as damage during shipment, or receiving the wrong product) within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send an email to info@artisanchemist.com.au with your name, order number, contact details and a detailed description of the problem, with photographs attached if possible. We will evaluate your request as soon as practicable, and respond with instructions for return if applicable, and organise replacement if required.
Artisan Chemist reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
